Are my results conclusive?

7 weeks ago I had unprotected oral sex, I gave the guy a blowjob. Also swallowing.
At 14 days I had a HIV RNA test which was negative
At 1 week I had  gonorrhea and chlamydia tested which was negative , my concern being it was vaginal swab and urine which wouldn't pick up if it was my throat, HIV and herpes which was negative
At 4 weeks (28 days) I had another urine of  gonorrhea and chlamydia tested, HIV 1+2 4th gen duo test, herpes 1 and 2, syphilis, hepatitis A,b,c
Which were all negative
I did have a sore throat a day after exposure and  diarrhea which both lasted like 2 or 3 days
Last Thursday I got oral  gonorrhea and chlamydia  tested which I'm still waiting for the results.

My question is at 4 weeks are my results reliable?

4 weeks is time enough to test for gonorrhea and chlamydia.

For syphilis, 4 weeks could be accurate, as most people test positive 3-6 weeks after the exposure, but in some cases it can take until 3 months, so it would be interesting to repeat the test 3 months after the exposure.

The 4th generation duo combo ag/ab for HIV is accurate 28 days after the exposure (but risk of
4 weeks is also a good time to wait before testing for hepatitis.

It would be interesting to test for herpes 3 months after the exposure.

So, in general, we can say your results are accurate, but it would be interesting to repeat the one for syphilis as I said.

So you suggest I just retest for syphilis?
Just to get as accurate as possible. Also for herpes, as I wrote.
Would it be possible to have herpes and not get cold sores within the first 7 weeks?
Yes, it's quite common between STDs. Sometimes, they don't show any symptoms at all. That's the reason why is interesting to test after a sexual encounter with someone we don't know.
Hey sorry to bother you, but I was just wondering, I don't remember seeing any sores on him but I am also not sure. I did give him a handjob before, if there were any sores would I have felt them?
