Very worried

Hi . Basicly just over 3 weeks ago i met a transexual. I received unprotected oral and we had protected anal sex with me inserting into him. I also fingered him. I had clhamyidia and gno testing via a online testing procudure, purely due fact work didnt allow me to get into a gum clinic and testing is in assoication with gum clinic in uk so know it's a good test. This was done at just short of 2 weeks. Yesterday 22 days after exposure I noticed a small skin colored lump on base of penis, wasnt sure what it was so ended up picking at it , made it bleed now left with a small scab around 2/3 mm on base, really worried about my risk and what i could have ended up with getting. any help advice would be great. Im going to test for hiv at 28 with duo purely for my own sake as i do know my risk hiv is imposible without condom breakign without me knowing. But everything else making me really worried. I should add I have also got a rash over my stomach and chest fairly pink this came around 2 and half weeks after. thanks

im adding in fact that there is now a red spot, understand that condoms dont protect against syphilis or herpes but really unclear as to whether how much it doesnt protect etc.
