Hi, need clearing

Hi everyone, I had sex with a Russian sex worker on the 1st of this month (only one time _ protected sex) and it was rough, then after 16 days I had some small bumps spreads on my ball sack, they are not painful or hurting me (some have hair inside them, the other don't) they seems to have a clear fluid inside them, I went to five dermatologist and all said this is not STD but I'm not sure, I had tested for STD after 23 days, all came back negative.

I forget to mention that I had a flu like symptoms after 16 days (runny nose, diarrhea, cough, fever 99.4)

I had two antibiotic shots, and all the dermatologist said that I have a hair follicles in the base of my peins and ball sack that have clear fluid and the small bumps beside them are the same.

Now after 26 days from the encounter I have pain in my back and I have hip joint pain,

One doctor order me to take ultrasound of the ball sack and said there was nothing to fear.

I'm worried sick, there was no oral sex or nothing, just sex with condom one time.

Could anyone help clear things to me?

Hi std,s from protected vaginal sex would be herpes and syphilis if your ball area made rubbing contact with her vaginal area and symptoms of these would be genital blisters and chncre sores not what your mentioning and if she did not have any vaginal sores at the time the risk is close to zero anyway so i would aggree with the doc that theres nothing to fear.

Hi dave thank you for the reply, my ball area did rub I have bumps on my peins base (only on the sides on testicle skin), the bumps are spreading all over my balls and they do not itch or burn or cause any pain, I have upper back pain and shoulder pain.

Some of the bumps turned black like some blood has healed my doctor said it's because you inspect your self a lot you may scratch some of them.

The girl didn't want me to see she turned off all the lights but I did check the vaginal area I did not see anything and I've asked her about her STD history and she was mad!

I have pain in my lymph nodes on my right hip but I don't feel any of them raised,

Is testing after 23 days igc igm hsv 2 valid in my case?

Does ultrasound on testicles help?

Is my symptoms a sign of what will come?

I inspect my self everyday and I fear my antibiotic shots my effect the outbreak from forming?

I feel sore I have sleep issues last two weeks I can't sleep much now I sleep a lot.

Do dermatologist know bumps by looking at them?

What will you advise me to do in my case since everything happens to me I think about STDs.
