Gonorrhea
Hello, I was with a woman a few days ago and I may have gonorrhea. I have a swollen lower penis. The symptoms started in 2-3 days.
As AJ said there is not enough information for an informed opinion however no penis should be swollen. Go see a Dr and get their advice!

When you say "with" her, what did you do? Unprotected sex? Definitely go see your doctor.
You can get tested for gonorrhea, chlamydia and NGU at 3-5 days, but since your penis is swollen, go now, even if it's not been 3-5 days yet. Don't wait.
