An urulogist pointed me in the right direction.
It's stool pressing on the prostate. After ejaculation, the prostate is very sensitive, and stool pressing on it creates pain.
Either empty bowels beforehand or after symptoms arrive. The latter will releave my symptoms within minutes.

im now 47and untill RECENTLY suffered with this problem,

When you go to the doctor, ask for a prostate exam, and urine or swab testing for stds.
