which std causes sore throath ?

hi I had sex with a woman vaginal using protection and we kissed and she also gave me oral sex unprotected , so I had a few week after a sore throat when to the doctor and he told me that I had "viral pharyngitis" gave azithromycin and I got better, but I still have like a needle itchy sensation on the back of my throath that WONT GO AWAY so I wanted to know what stds could I have contracted from my exposure and if they are normally show on the throath
