What could irritation between inner thigh and scrotum be?
I was wondering what would cause irritation between the inner-thigh and the scrotum. It has white coloration over red/raw skin. I always thought it was just from persperation & dead skin cells (which I thought was the white color), and friction from walking. It has gone away when using body powder for a couple days, but returns within a week of discontinued use of the powder. I've never needed to use powders before and am afraid that there may be an underlying cause.

You need to go and be seen and find out what it is. It could be fungal or it could even be a dermatological condition that needs treating.
