I had received unprotected oral 3 months ago and im worried about some symptoms

My tonsils were swollen, my body itches all over, my stomach has been acting up a lot of gas my bowels have been back and forth of normal then liquid I have red bumps coming out on my skin, loss of appetite here and there, so far I did a full std panel for hiv,chlamydia,gonorrhea,all the heps,syphilis 17 days after all negative, the hiv was a antigen/antibody, i had another 4 gen test for hiv 24 days after, 42 days after and 72 days after all 4 gen all negative, I had an hsv 1 and 2 test done and the was positive for 1 they couldn't tell me if it's a recent infection or if I've been infected for a while,  my symptoms do persist I'm not sure if they are because of hsv 1 or should I get another hic test as I am 3 months after the event?

Could these be from anxiety? Should I test again? I did test positive for hsv1 are the symptoms form hsv?

most likely anxiety and they are not hsv1 symptoms. Many people have oral hsv1 and most likley thats what you have and most likely from childhood. No need to test again. With recent infection of hsv flu like symptoms would appear after a blister shows up.
