I am a male that received unprotected oral sex from a woman on 12/19, for just 5 seconds as I was caught off guard, and stopped her since it was unprotected. A condom was then used to have vaginal sex with her for about 15 minutes. I took a quick shower afterwards. This person was known to be very promiscuous and therefore was a high risk, but after inspection of her body I didn't notice any sores.
That evening I had unprotected sex with another woman, as well as on the 12/29, and on 1/5.
A short time after, on 1/11. I was shaving my genitals and noticed a single oval shaped beginnings of a lump on the penis shaft on the underside, closer to the scrotum exactly where I remember the condom ending. I feel the condom was slightly too short. The lump was oval shaped and about 1/2" to 3/4" in length. I may have burned it with the razor or it's possible it was already red to begin with.
Over the next few days it formed more so into a lump that stuck out, more so than it did on day 1 of noticing it, but was not cratered or red, and it looked like normal skin other than it looking lighter than before (I am dark skinned). I also believe I felt sickly inside, and nauseous.
Monday on 1/14 I had a 10 panel test done, including urine analysis and blood for HIV1/2/3, HSV1/2, gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, and 2 others. Everything was negative except HSV1 which has already been known for several years prior.
On 1/21 a small white looking pimple showed up on the lump and by early afternoon it burst and oozed what looked like a combination of puss and blood, a fairly small amount. I went to the doctor that day to have it swabbed so he could rule out if it was HSV1 or 2. He also took blood for syphilis testing. And he gave me 2 weeks of doxycycline antibiotics that I started on 1/22. These 3 tests came back negative.
On 1/22 the sore started looking better because it oozed what it had, but it is obviously still very visible and continued to decline, and today is almost gone.
On 1/26 the second woman mentioned feeling sick inside but am not sure if it was due to another situation or maybe was infected.
Did I put my partner at risk by having sex with her when I did, after possible contact with an infected person?
Does it sound like I have syphilis, and if not, what could it be?
Should I seek more testing?
Would sex today be risky if the lump is pretty much flat, it only has a mark where it was.
