What is the chance my girlfriend safe from STD?

Hi,
I hope anyone can help me to get back to my sense. I have been very anxious for couple years now, worried i might spread anything to my girlfriend.
I used to be very sexual active 3 years ago(condom used for every sexual intercourse)
But since i find my girlfriend, i never change any partner. I have been tested negative for all sort of things. (There was couple times i have symptoms but tested negative for every STD) But my girlfriend refused to get checked. We often have sex without condom for 2 years now.
What is the chance my girlfriend is also negative?

PS: i got tested 5 times and all come back negative during these 3 years. Just because i have symptoms one time, thats why im not sure if the test is accurate.

It was urine test and blood test for

Clamydia
Ghonorea
Sypilis
Hiv
Hep b
Hep c

if your last STI test was 4 weeks from your previous exposure before you met your partner, then your test results are conclusive.

What are the chances your partner has an STI? Not very high at all if you have been having sex without protection for 2 years but without her getting a test it is impossible to say for definite.
