What is this in my glans? An STD or some yeast?

Hello, I hope somebody can help me.

I'm a 25 years old male, and some days ago some red things appeared in my glans. I used clotrimazol 1% + amoxiciline and it almost dissapeared, but now is worst. The first red spot appeared one day after jogging (I jog 2 hours/day), then I went to a sauna and later that night I had sex with my gf. The initial spot appeared on the next day, and now it spreaded (only in my glans).

Is this an STD or just some skin yeast? Please how do I get rid of them? (It seems that amoxiciline + clotrimazol does not work anymore)

did you ever figure out what this is?  I have similar.  Not sure if HPV or yeast

We don't look at pictures. Skin issues can be many things often not a STD but you would have to see a Dr.
