STD possibility?

Hello. I also share my regret of having protected oral and vaginal sex with an escort on 1/17. The next day I felt a slight burning sensation in my urethra. No pain at all while urinating, no discharge, no sores or nothing else. It went away totally about 5-6 days later. Of course I panicked at the time and nearly ended up in the hospital because of depression.  After it went away I was fine until it can back about a week ago but again the same one symptom of urethral burning concentrated mostly at the tip and a little worse at night. I have IBS, chronic hemorrhoids and even recently diagnosed with despepsyia. The burning sensation seems to less than what it was a week ago but still present. I have a family history of prostate issues. Could this be more prostate driven than an STD?
