Hello I have a very complicated and deep question so bare with me please! So I've recently started dating my new girlfriend. We've been together almost 4 months and have been sexually active for pretty much all of it. We've had sex multiple times unprotected. She is a good girl and only had sex twice before this so as you can imagine she is very, for a lack of a better word tight. Our first 3 months of continued sexual activity, all unprotected went well. Until recently. She goes to college a ways away so one weekend I went there, we hadn't had sex in a couple of weeks so as you can imagine we had sex right away. We took a break but had sex again later but we kind of rushed it and might of tore something in her. I don't want to brag but I'm pretty well off when it comes to size, even when she's extremely wet it's a tight fit. So she complained it kind of hurt this time but still wanted to have sex because it still felt good to her. We tried again the next day and she couldn't even bare to handle having sex. It hurt her too much. So thinking she was scared and couldn't get wet enough I bought lubrication. We tidied the next night and it hurt her again. But this time, after it stung inside until she cleaned the lunrication out. Then it was better. She told me later that there was a small amount of blood that came out after as well. So a week went by and she came home. We tired again and this time it was beyond painful for her. She said it felt as if it was just too big and it was stretching her out. Again, after she noted there was a small amount of blood almost like spotting during her period she explained. So my question is, do you guys think it's a vaginal tear/fissure or something else? All of the symptoms point to it being that I just don't know. I was recently tested for chalmydia and gonnerhea and came back negative. I also spoke to my doctor about it and he said the fissure made sense. I just want clarification as to what this is!! Thanks in advance and sorry for it being so long, I felt the minute details were important.
