Worried about STDs

Hi,
I am a 28 year old male. I am sexually active. I have made so many mistakes in my sex life. I usually go to sex workers (I know it's bad and I tried to stop myself many times but...) I had protected vaginal, anal and oral sex many times since my last negative test around March/April.
4 weeks ago I had unprotected oral sex (receiving) with a sex worker. Then 8 days ago, I met a girl at a bar. She was 38 years old. We both were drunk and we ended up having sex. I have no idea about her background. She did not perform anything unprotected. But I was fool and I went down on her for 5 seconds but I did not like it and stopped it. But we did have protected sex (hopefully as I do not know if condom was properly worn and did not break). 2 days after this, I started having burning (mild) on penis and mild pain on penis especially few areas. This is ongoing since a week and it burns all day. For a last couple of days I have a mild headache, uneasy lower abdomen, minor itching and some throat problems (not a sore throat but not feeling good in my throat. feels something is there stuck and I keep swallowing it). Dry penis since a week with weird smell (did not notice any fluid so far) I am uncircumcised. I don't understand that it smells even though its dry. And last thing I noticed a small ring on my penis head. It's not clearly visible, but I can see it if I focus. I am so worried right now. I feel horrible about my actions. I am planning to get tested next week but still I want to get some feedback to lower the stress. I took Azithromycin already for Chlamydia. I do not know if that would affect my tests or not. So, overall I do not know if this happened because of my previous protected intercourse (vaginal, anal and oral) or that unprotected oral sex 4 weeks ago or that drunken sex 8 days ago. I know one thing for sure that I am so worried and stressed out. What are the possibilities of any STD, if I can rule out any specially Herpes and HIV? Please HELP.
Thank you.

Hi.  He mentioned taking med's before having symptoms or being diagnosed.  What would happen if one took the std cocktail, pills and a shot, shortly after a sex encounter without symptoms?

Thanks a lot. I am doing it because I am worried and stressed out. I do not know what to do. I do not know what I am dealing with until I get tested and I am planning to do that ASAP for sure... It's anxiety, that's killing me!!!

Thank you.

stop checking out your penis all the time!! no reason to be shaking it and poking and prodding at it to look for symptoms.

we no longer recommend just automatically treating for chlamydia without test results. in general, medicine is cutting back drastically on antibiotic use to better protect our patients!

Sounds like UTI You obviously have an infection as that is the burning. i would not wait, burning all day is not good. Why wait when your having symptoms? you can end up with prostititus and that can become cronic. Just go asap

Thank you for your quick response. The reason I took medicine is because during my last two tests, they gave me Azithromycin without even having my results. They said that chlamydia results would come out in 2-3 days. So they took my samples and gave me the medicine just in case if it comes positive it's treated already. But you are right about the antibodies and I will not do it in future. In fact I would not do such stupidity in future that stressed me out and put me in danger. I am going to a test center next week for sure. Just want to wait for 2 weeks period. Meanwhile what do you think can be a possible scenario?

Thank you.

Thank you for your quick response. Since last 3-4 days I observe to see if something comes out of my penis but nothing does even after shaking a lot. I have also masturbated a couple of times but couldn't notice anything. At max I see some kind of fluid inside the penis but it never comes out. Also, today morning when I woke up I had a little discharge but that wasn't a white or any colored fluid as far as I noticed. It was very little and clear discharge. I am just waiting for a week. Next week I am definitely going for a test (symptoms or not). Just want to give it 2 weeks. But overall what do you think can be a possible scenario?

Thanks you.

never a good idea to self treat like you did. It can mess up the accuracy of your std testing as well as it puts you at greater risk for complications from antibiotic use - fungal infections especially.

protected sex is a risk for syphilis, herpes and hpv. You can seek out blood testing for syphilis after 6 weeks post encounter and herpes testing after 3 months post encounter. we don't have commercially available tests for hpv to cover that base.

you performing oral unprotected is almost no risk at all. we don't recommend any testing from it. almost all your symptoms sound non-std related.

receiving unprotected oral sex is a risk for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, hpv and herpes.

bottom line is - you have symptoms so you need to be seen for proper follow up to find out what is going on. let them know about the antibiotics you took as well as discuss what testing you need done and make sure it's all done at the proper times so you don''t have to test repeatedly.

Hi and welcome. The burning is a sure sypmtom of a STD. But after 5 days you should have some white discharge. You have to milk it to make it come out. Sufficient discharge is connected with Gonerrehea. When its bad enough it will drip out itself. No discharge usually means non specific uretheitis. A simple infection with more of a clear discharge. I doubt giving her oral gave you these but maybe herpes. Test is 6 weeks after exposure.
If i were you i would go see a doc now, waiting may cause it to spread. The head ring could be fungus.
