Burning sensation and dicoloration

Hey there, about 6 weeks ago i had unprotected sex and had some burning sensation in the tip of my penis and edges of the penis cap. It comes and goes. The doc tested for chlamydia and gnnnorhoea as well as blood test for hiv and the sorts. All negative. No blisters on penis cap just discoloration on the edges - slightly purple from both sides. Doc gave me a round of anti chlamydia anti b and it seemed like it gotten better however after 4 days burning sensation came back - happens after  i urinate. I know i should go urologist asap as its hard to tell what it is... anyone else experienced similar symptoms? Concerned its not going away after 6 weeks now

Yeah - so I've been told - there is no puss discharge as far as I can tell - or it has been cured by now with round of doxycycline and the azimo - something tablets (2x) i;ve been given. Discoloration is on one side and slight purple swelling with a little bit of redness which burns. Maybe contact dermatitis.. but its been more than 5 weeks so its odd. Herpes I;d have blisters but they are not there.. Might get a swab by doc and see.
