Oral sex and an STD?

I gave oral to a man and it was unprotected one week ago. Out of fear and catching something I had seen a doctor the day after. I was given a shot of rocephin and 1g of azithroymcin.  3 days ago I now have sore throat. No sores in my mouth or throat, only redness. Is this oral gonorrhea or chlamydia? Wouldn't the shot of antibiotics have prevented this if there even was an std? Or is this just the flu and am I being paranoid.
Thanks for any replies
