anal signs of STD's?

I recently had unprotected sex with various females, as a matter of fact this took place about  two weeks ago. Now, I've been feeling pain and a small ball in the interior lining of my anus.  It feels very awkward and uncomfortable when squatting and even while walking.  Also I noticed several bumps in the outside lining, which I bleed from after I clean my self after defecating. I was hoping you can tell me if these are symptoms of any STD and which one?

That sounds like hemorrhoids to me, but you really need to be seen by your doctor or at an std clinic.  You've had multiple unprotected sexual encounters, so std testing is a good idea.

Is there a reason you aren't using condoms?
