Confusing STD test results

I had std testing done this week and received my results today, but I'm confused by the HSV 2 results as well as the Hep C and the HIV.. I was really hoping a dr could tell me difinitively if I am positive at all for any of these diseases. Thank u do very much!!

This is copy n pasted from the report:
HSV 2

0.00 -0.90 BN
index
HSV 2 IgG, Type Spec
<0.91 N
Negative 1.09

Hep C virus AB.  <.1
Negative .9

Are these positive results?  Are there signs of infection present?  I have no symptoms whatsoever, this was just a routine checkup.  Thank u soooo very much for your help!!

HIV 1/O/2 Abs-Index Value <1.00 N
Index Value: Specimen reactivity relative to the negative cutoff.

I think the best thing would be to ring the clinic where you were tested and ask them to clearly explane your results to you.
