cunnilingus

Hello everybody.I am male,30 years old.
A week ago i had protected vaginal sex with a girl of unknown STD/HIV status
I performed cunnilingus on her.
Today i have a rash on my arms, but what bothers me the most is a strong sore throat which is even more intense when i swallow.
Could I have gotten Hiv or another STD?
What should I do?
From my knowledge I understand the the HIV transmission through cunnilingus is practically non-existent.( or not??....)
So what do i have?
I never had a sore throat in my life. What could be the cause of it?
Thank you very much.

The treatment will be antibiotics

Any type of gonorrhea requires treatment.  Follow up with your doctor.

what is the treatment for gonorrhea?
I understand that oral gonorrhea in heterosexual men doesn't need a treatment..
Is that true?

Sore throats can happen for many reasons and only 1 STD could cause a sore throat and the risk is ver low...gonorrhea. I doubt you have gonorrhea but you can see a Dr and if you want have a throat swab for gonorrhea test.
