around feb.3 i had unprotected sex with this girl that says she doesnt have anything or ever had unprotected, but i think she is lying. but like two days after sex i felt the tingling pain in my penis like on the top. that pain is gone now but i did some research on stds and i feel like im going threw those symptoms. i recently had headaches and been light headed for about two weeks i think. i been lacking an apptetie and feeling nausea sometimes. now i think im developing some stuff on my skin and i think i sweat in my sleep. but i been tested for syphills, gonherrha, calymida, and hiv. all the test came back negative. the last time i got tested for hiv was either on march 6 or 7. and i have crabs that just dont want to go away even after i tried a recommended product subscribed by the doctor called lindane. so what should i do doc.

You have really vague symptoms, which could be from anxiety.

90% of people would test positive for HIV by the end of the 3rd month, and remember that less than 1% of the US has HIV.

You are freaking for nothing.  Test again at 3 months, and then move on.

If you are still having these symptoms, you should see your doc and look for other causes.

This is not the doctor forum. You have to pay 15$ to get your question answered by a doc.

You're fine. Just because you have vague symptoms on your penis doesn't mean your partner was lying. If you are concerned, see a provider.
