my boyfriend has an itching in his penis i was the first person he had sex with i dont have any discharge or itching nor does he just itching and it started 2days after sex and he thinks i gave him an std im going to get checked it was 7moths back i had gonarea but was treated and got retested after came back clean could it have come back and passed it to him ??

Yes, its perfectly fine to get tested at the health dept. You and your bf both should be tested there.

If you were negative after treatment, you couldn't have passed it. Its possible he just has a fungal infection or something, but he also needs to be tested.
