genital herpes? kinda urgent...

I haven't had any sort of sexual contact with a female since january mainly because of my extremely  busy shcedule, but around may a small red bump appeared on the shaft of my penis..i thought it was a pimple so i tried to pop it.It seemed to swell after that and another appeared. Their not blisters they are just small raised bumps with white dots inside. They dont hurt or burn, but recently the lymph node on my left side started to swell. The first bump seems to be getting smaller but im only 18 and extremely worried someone please help!

Definitely doesn't sound like herpes. Herpes presents itself as a cluster of fluid-filled vesicles or blisters  and usually affects near the tip of the penis, not the shaft. I would guess to say it's an ingrown hair or could be molluscum, which is a non-serious condition. I wouldn't worry about it now, but if it comes back I'd show it to a dermatologist
