i dont know what to do i am freaking out

ok here it goes i am sexualy active and i have unproteted sex with my girlfriend and i have noticed like a small hole where the flesh had fallen out like a spider bite and it has heald but it has i an indetation like a spider bite the we have had sex for about 3 month almost daily then one day about 3 hours after sex i noteticed the same thing happening again in 2 other spot but smaller do u know what this is? i am freaking out { could this be a reation to the vagianl fluid because the same thing is happing on my leg in sort of a line on bothe sides mainly where my peins hangs

Sounds like Genital Syphilis man..but don't worry it can be cured..just go to a local health clinic if you don't have health insurance, its usually free or a very small fee to get tested. If you let it continue without getting treatment it will enter stage two where a large rash will apear, the rash could show up on your hands or feet and if it inters the third stage you may not even know you have it because it will be hidden. Keep your head up and get tested bro!!
