lumpy/ jelly-like semen

hi there, around 2 months ago i had unprotected sex with a girl i hardly knew. stupid i know. and around four weeks after that i noticed my semen became lumpy and jelly like, which it still is. 2 weeks after i had sex with this girl i had a full screening done for stds, hiv, and syphallis which all came back negative. (the nurse advised me after 2 weeks they could get an accurate result) but however i cannot help but think why has it suddenly changed? as before my semen was never lumpy always pure. its all i ever think about and really am going round in circles as i worry about my fertillity etc. can u help please? thanks x

I don't know - it depends on what's causing it.  But you are getting ahead of yourself here - just get it checked first.  It could be diet related or just normal changes.

Your doctor will need to do that - std clinics won't.

I can't promise you a diagnosis, but its a good step in trying to figure it out.

Semen can be affected by foods and drinks, and conversely, dehydration.  If all of that is the same, you should ask them to culture it to make sure there isn't any bacteria present, and you can also have a prostate exam done.
