swollen lymph nodes

Hi medhelp community, I have one more question regarding stds.  I'm sure some of you are sick of me.   Ive had what feels like lymph nodes swelling in the groin area for over two weeks.  It's a persistent feeling in my crotch,  but no other std symptoms.   Has anyone ever heard of this happening that long without any other symptoms presenting themselves.   I'm waiting  one week for full std checkup to come through.   But cannot stop thinking about what I may have caught.   Please help wit your expert advice.

It's been five weeks and I got tested.   That should be accurate for syphilis right?   Also would lower back pain be an std symptom?  The only thing that bothers me is I got this red rash on penis glans 5 days after this encounter and its been five weeks now.  The rash comes and goes in severity.   Sometimes a few red dots.  Sometimes whole head is red with red line to urethra. I've used topical cream every day nothing has improved.   I've also had no other sexual encounters since that event.  Any chance this would be std

I mutually masturbated with a guy.   And our penis rubbed together no condom on ,for a minute or so.  It was dark so hard to see if anything was wrong with him.
