26m, unprotected sex 10 days ago, help

So I had unprotected drunk sex with some girl in South America. The first few times I wore a condom, the last few (not that it matters, but after she was pulling it off of me and going) was unprotected. This is my first time doing something like this, and I've learned my lesson, etc etc. This happened 10 days ago from today, on March 18th. I went to plannedparenthood on March 22nd, and I got tested for everything, blood, urine, etc (no results yet). I don't think my results are back yet. But I have a couple formations of something near the base of my penis. I'm not sure what good forum etiquette is, but this seems like the best way... here are a couple pictures:

really nothing we can help you with at this point. You need a proper exam and testing.

no, I do not give different opinions via pm either.

I can get testing when I'm back in the states in a few weeks. Is there any risk in waiting a few weeks? Will potential antibiotics be less effective after a 3 week period? If it's one of the common bacterial infections, how much could it spread in a few weeks? I actually had the first bump 3 days after the intercourse. I'm curious if having the first bump 3 days after intercourse narrows it down to a high probability of being one or a few different types that someone could list here?

Also I read the before you post thread (after I posted, sorry)... my pictures a high resolution and imho quality enough to help narrow down the possibilities. I'm going to see a doctor, but China is well China... it's complicated getting tested here. So I have a 3 week blind gap... it would be helpful to me to get more data before I see a doctor to have an exam in a few weeks.

I'm in China for a few weeks, it's difficult to get testing here for various reasons.

we don't look at pictures here. why not is explained in our read before posting post on this forum.

the only testing you had done at PP that was accurate this early after an encounter was chlamydia and gonorrhea testing.

if you have new symptoms since you were last seen, best to go monday and follow up on them.

You'll need to repeat your syphilis testing anytime after 6 weeks post encounter. herpes and hiv testing will need repeated 3 months post encounter.
