What is this?

Please do not tell me to go see a doctor.  I have and it took more time and was more worthless than the internet.  I have to wait three weeks to see a dermatologist and I'm anxious.  DON'T TELL ME TO SEE A DOCTOR!

About a week ago I noticed a very small pink / white bump on my penis.  It appears round and feels smooth.  A day or two later and there were a couple of other bumps in different locations.  The bumps are not clustered.  When I take a picture of them with my digital camera and zoom in they are....I don't know how to describe it.... segmented?  Each segment is kind of oval with a fat and skinny end with the skinny ends all meeting in the center of the bump.  I have no pain, itching, discharge, etc.

Two days ago my lips became very chapped and there was an extremely small bump on my lower lip.  The bump is not inside of my lip, it is on the outside.  Since they were so chapped I used a lot of chopstick and drank a lot of water and the chapping is no longer an issue but the small bump is still there.  The bump is slightly whiter than the rest of my lips and just barely elevated off of the surface of the lips.  When I touch the bump it feels flat with my lips but a picture shows that it is slightly elevated.  The bump on my lip does not look like the one on my penis but could they be related?  I was also sunburnt the day before my lips became chapped so that might have something to do with it.  It does not hurt or itch.

I am more than willing to send pictures.  Thank you in advance.
