oral hpv and anus hpv

Q1. I have suspected oral papilloma lesions on palate under endoscopy procedures. However, it is super tiny and couldn't be easily recognized by human eyesight. Doctor suggested to go through the Argon Plasma Coagulation process instead of taking any biopsy. I didn't do yet as I want to see it via endoscopy from my eyes by ENT.
-> Any ENT endoscopy with the HD290 can allow patient to see that ?
-> I did HPV DNA test using cotton swab , however , no HPV can be found.
Q2. After having a coffee and not sleep well, i have twice feel sensation burning on the palate with suspected small lesions with the red patches and white patches .
I also felt sometimes like dry and stucking of my throat but it disappeared sometimes.
-> Is it really a concern of mouth cancer? or like an HSV1 infection? However, I did blood test with no HSV.
Q3: Can I do CPR with pocket mask as first aider or mouth to mouth resuscitation?
Q4: Having 1 tiny warts recurrence every year outside anus with surgeon applied.  Is it save for preventing transmission during swimming?

Other things than HPV can cause oral papillomas. It is impossible for me to tell you what is causing yours. Only testing can tell you that.

I have no idea. This is not our area of expertise. This is something you should ask your doctor. I suspect, though am by no means certain, that only lab testing can tell you.

This could be anything to nothing at all. Hsv1 wouldn't cause this. You might have just burned yourself with the coffee.

* Can I do CPR with pocket mask as first aider or mouth to mouth resuscitation?

Sure. I'm sure if someone were dying, they wouldn't much care about the infection in your mouth if you were saving their life.

"With surgeon applied" - I don't understand that.

HPV isn't transmitted during swimming. It's only transmitted by direct skin to skin contact. If you have actual anal warts that are recurring yearly - this is unlikely - the only way you'd transmit it is if someone's mouth, genitals or anus came into contact with it.

Thank you for your comment.
From the doctor perspective, I would like to confirm if there is a risk for transferring oral hpv/ oral papillomus via pocket mask resuscitation or mouth to mouth resuscitation?
No, it would not be transmitted via CPR with a mask.

It probably wouldn't be transmitted without one, but I know that many places require one. That's if you have oral HPV - it doesn't sound likely.
