oral sex

Syphilis and hepatitis B were analyzed on day 48. Is this a definitive result? Are there other risks, noting that I did not have any symptoms?

I see from your other post that your risk was oral sex. If that's the only risk you had, yes, it's conclusive.

Syphilis is uncommon in most developed countries - the US, Canada, the UK, countries in Europe, etc., and oral sex is lower risk than vaginal or anal sex.

There has never been a documented case of Hep B from oral sex.

There is a vaccine for Hep B. Depending on where you live, you may have been vaccinated for it already. Talk to your doctor about it.
