Oh and since you were also bottom, you need have an anal swab done for gonorrhea and chlamydia.  If you gave oral, you need to have an oral swab for gonorrhea, as well.

If you go to an std clinic, they should do this automatically, but make sure.

Well, you can get tested for all of it in a week, but the HIV, hep, syphilis and herpes tests will just be baseline tests.  You'll have to retest for those at a later time.

Syphilis takes about 6 weeks to show on a test, HIV and hep B can take up to 3 months to show on a test, herpes can take 4 months.

Also, if you haven't been vaccinated for hep a and b, you should talk to your doctor about that.

You should be concerned, but I don't think the pimple has anything to do with it.

If you had unprotected intercourse with another man, you are at risk for gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, Hep B, maybe hep A, HIV, HPV, herpes, molluscum, and NGU, whether you were top or bottom.  If you were bottom, you can have all those anally (except NGU), and if you were top, you can get all those genitally.

You really should consider using condoms for each sexual encounter you have.

You can test for gonorrhea, chlamydia and NGU at a week, syphilis at 6 weeks, HIV and Hep B at 3 months and herpes at 4 months (though many people will test positive for herpes, HIV and hep B long before those time frames).

If you received oral sex, you can get oral gonorrhea and syphilis, and if you received oral, you can get genital syphilis, gonorrhea, NGU and genital herpes type 1.
