We are not medical professionals, and even medical professionals cannot diagnose HPV from photographs.  Having said that, neither of these photos appears to display pictures of warts.  If you have collapsed, then you need to see a doctor ASAP.  Warts of any kind to not cause a person to collapse.

As you were previously advised, our members cannot diagnose the reason for the dots on your skin.  If you are concerned about them, seeing a doctor is the only way to get a proper evaluation.
