white skin looking substance in vagina

Recently my bf masturbated me very roughly. I have been very soar and irritated since then. It is soar when I wipe after peeing. Last time i went to the bathroom, I poured some warm water to help ease the pain and when I wipe I noticed my vagina felt slightly swollen. I took a small mirror to look and moved my lips out of the way and noticed there was a thick white substance inside my vagina. I washed my hands well and placed 1 finger near the opening to remove some of this. It looked almost like skin. So now im wondering..is the skin inside my vagina peeling? Could this just be from my bf masturbating me too hard and it is now irritated? I will be going to see my Dr. just it is now the weekend and they are closed. Looking to get some help until I can go. I also noticed while looking with the mirror, it looks like there are tiny bump kinda of things at the opening of my vagina, but from looking threw forums it sounds like these might be normal glands found around the opening of the vagina.

Please help!!

Oh and before you try all of Annie's suggestions, you should make sure this is indeed yeast.

Yes, the meds for BV can cause a yeast infection.  Such fun being a woman sometimes, huh?

Hi thank you so much for such a detailed reply. So if im not mistaken..the medication they give you for the BV can cause a yeast infection? I wouldnt be surprised if this is a yeast infection as i have had one before and this feel somewhat similar to it. I just got worried that maybe it could be something else since it happened after my bf masturbating me. Maybe this just irritated it and turned it into a yeast infection? I will definetly check out the link you sent.

thank you!!!

Hi thank you for your reply. It started after we did this. At first I was just kinda soar..the next morning I could feel it more..felt like I had really really ruff sex..but we never had sex..he only used his fingers. It was the day after that I noticed this white stuff.
I dont know if this helps at all, but about 2 weeks ago I finished taking medication for BV (Bacterial Vaginosis). I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it. Also I had just finished my period a few days prior, and this period was not heavy or even red. It was dark brown coming out..and was kinda clumpy like. Wasn't flowing like a period normally would. And after my bf did this when i wiped i put the toilet paper inside a bit to wipe and there was a little bit of pink. I thought maybe my period was back. But nothing happened. Never got my period again was just that bit of pink and that was it.

How long after he masturbated you did you feel this irritation and soreness?  If it was within a day, I'd say its irritation.  If it was much longer than that, I'd say its something else.

You could have a yeast infection, an std, etc., but as I'm sure you've figured out by now, you need to see your doctor for some testing to find out for sure.

Tell your bf that you appreciate his eagerness to please you, but that it needs to be a little softer next time.  :)
