small pimples?

Hello,

In a nutshell, I have been experiencing pimples which sporadically appear on different locations primarily legs, groin, arms and a few at the back of my neck.

Typically a large pimple with swell up whith a white head and will vary in size, within a few days the pimples will subside and sometimes leave a small, seemingly permanent bump which is almost undetectable. Pimples will sometimes appear in a straight line.

The whole process is painless but pretty annoying.

I have tried removing the head if it appears and cleaning the area which works fine but then there might be another smaller outbreak. Also tried freezing the smaller bumps with dry ice once which didn't seem to do much.

Does anyone have an idea what this might be and any treatments?

Probably not, those wouldn't subside within a few days.  They'd hang around much longer than that.
