Persistent burning in penis

I had a body massage 3 days back, after the massage the lady offered a hand job, She applied oil on her hands and massaged my penis.
As soon as the handjob begin i started to feel burning sensation on my penis. I ejaculated after a while, the burning sensation persisted.
NO other contact whatsoever took place between us although she was completely nude with only her underwear on while giving the hand job. I am having persistent burning sensation on my penis since then continuously, it increases slightly while urinating or masturbating.
I visited a urologist and he examined my penis physically and said nothing to worry and gave a medicine for 10 days along with urisoda and said it will be fine.
Its 2nd day today since i am taking medication but i still have burning sensation which has not reduced.
what could this be? please help.
