Which STD will be concerned?

At the begining of November last year, after drinking, I had sex with a prostitute.First oral sex without a condom, and I ejaculated in her mouth. and then I had vagina sex with a condom.I don't know her HIV status. After that, I worried very much.So i got anti-hiv test afer one week and after 7 weeks twice. Both the result are negative.
And last night, i went to a sauna with my friend. After shower, I used towel to wipe my body. When the towel touched my anus, I feel pain because i ate much capsicum recently. I don't know whether there's a wound in my anus or not. I am worrying about the towel is infectant. So is there any possibility I got infected Hiv or other STDs?
I want to know which STD can be transmitted by recieving oral sex and using infectant goods(like towel ,basin...)?

The Dr's on this site recommend testing when you have symptoms or to ease your mind. But if you have never been tested it is never a bad idea to get tested.

Further questions about HIV belong in the HIV community-you were not at risk for HIV.
STD's from unprotected oral-gonorrhea, NGU, herpes and syphilis. Gonorrhea and NGU are the most common but being the most common it is still tough to get from receiving oral sex-not impossible but chance a lot lower then unprotected vaginal and anal sex. Herpes is not common from receiving oral sex and without an outbreak will not transmit and syphilis is rare in developed countries and rare in women.
Testing times-gonorrhea and NGU-1 week
Syphilis-6 weeks
herpes-4 months

a towel will not give you anything, STD's are not passed that way.
