Very worried

Hello every one. On December 2008, I had a sexual encounter with a transsexual escort. I performed unprotected oral sex, and protected anal sex. What are the chances that I have contracted some form of STD. My symptoms are worrying. For the past two weeks, my eyes have been slightly yellow(red), also the left side of my body (spleen area) hurts when I press it.  Are these symptoms STD related? I have tested for HIV, about 15 weeks after the encounter, and it came out negative.

Because oral sex is low risk to aquire STD's. The mouth is a hostile enviroment and does not take to STD's too well, so most of the time STD's are destroyed in the mouth so one does not have a STD. And even if one does have a oral STD passing it is not ease because saliva is not a carrier of STD's.

Thank you for your quick response. How is my risk low?

Your symptoms have nothing to do with a STD, see a Dr. Your risk was low for the unprotected oral but would include...gonorrhea, NGU, herpes and syphilis.
