uncureable for me but not for others

I have had the same problem for about 12years now.  I first had a burning sensation when I urinated about two weeks after unprotected sex.  I went to get treated at a clinic and got a shot and a presciption.   took all medicine and still had same problem. i have been to different clinics and even the emergency room only to not be told anything and not being cured.  I have sought out a urologist who said he detected a high count of white blood cells. I was prescribed procrit or proscar for an extended period of time.  I did not complete the required dose because it wasn't helping.  I now i have infected my sex partner on a couple of different occassions.  she gets treated and cured but i can not.  My symptoms include burning and an itching feeling on the tip of my penis.  Just late week I went to yet another clinic after I had a bout of the most painful urination I have ever had. The burning and itching goes away only to come back sometimes months or weeks later.  The other side effects I have if I have nocturnal emissions i sometimes develop a bump where siemen touches for an unknown period of time, fishy smelling siemen and yellowish- off white color.  due to long term exposure to whatever this is my penis has become curved in erection. and by the way my lab test came back negative today. my sex partner would only be diagnosed as a bacterial infection. what do i have and who or what can cure me?

Have you actually been tested for anything, or are they just giving you medication?

Has anyone done a prostate exam?

What medication is your sex partner being treated with?
