Received unprotected oral sex and not feeling well

Hi Doctor,

Here is what I'm facing.

2nd of August, a lady over about age of 35-40 gave me an oral without consent and  without protection while giving me a body massage. I not sure about how long but I managed to break away from her after she gave me oral and finger through my anus about 7-10 seconds. Yes I was sleeping. About 20 days later, I felt as if there are pain at my neck, it comes and goes. I can't differentiate whether it's a lymph node pain or muscle pain. This pain or discomforted lasted 2 weeks.

Another 25 days later, I starting to feel discomfort at my penis and bladder. Feel like something is grabbing the penis or sometimes even stinging pain, and also few burning or itchy sensation. I've been checking for physical symptoms everyday but there is nothing so far. And also the neck pain comes back, but only for a day.

I've feared maybe i caught chlamydia because I show no physical symptoms and felt pain in testicles, throat infection and bladder discomfort as well, there I manage to request to take Zithromax even before I go for test. FYI, I've had chlamydia one year ago, that's why the feeling is familiar.

Exactly 2 months after the incident, I went for STD test.

Herpes 1 & 2 antibody test - NEGATIVE
HIV antibody test - NEGATIVE
VDRL (syphilis) - NEGATIVE
Chlamydia Igg - POSITIVE

I've taken Zithromax but Chlamydia still shown, the doctor not sure why but maybe he think the dose are not strong enough. Then the doctor gave me doxycycline.

At the same day, my penis foreskin getting reddish and the skin some how stick to the penile head. I thought is balanitis or the symptom caused by chalmydia then I apply Bactroban (Mupicorin) which my urologist prescribe to me last year. And the condition heal. But come back after a week again.

The other doctor says the test for chalmydia is not conclusive as it's not igm. Which the test for chlamydia should be test by urine to find the bacteria instead of blood test to find the antibody because I've had chlamydia one year ago. Before I took the doxycycline, I go for the urine test. Now still waiting for the result.

After finish the doxycycline, I still feel discomfort and pain in my penis.

Now here is the situation.

My penile head skin peels off. It can even be easily washed off by water, feels like a snake changing it's skin. After that, I've notice red spots or red rash start showing, 4-5 at my penile shaft and few hadly visible red spots on my penile head. But not itchy. Also my foreskin shows some lumps that looks like cluster together. (These lumps seems to be appear after 50 days of the incident and it stays till now.)

The doctor says it's look like yeast infection for the skin peels and red spots. And they says the lumps looks harmless because there is no liquid which does not even looks like herpes or warts as well. and I told him i have slight pain at my neck and yes he say the pain is in lymph node. but did not enlarge so he says within few days if the pain persist then have to take extra caution for it but normally if the lymph node does not enlarge, it's fine for them. However, he says my case is tricky, and refer me to Dermatologist instead of Urologist.
Now they suggest me not to do anything to the penis and make an appointment with a dermatologist as they don't think it's anything to do with STD.

I always clean my penis with sensitive body shampoo. Twice a day. And this routine has been carried on for 1 and half year. And yes I always masturbate.

But all these symptoms shows only after what that lady did to me.

I had one protective vaginal intercouse with my wife and perform two time oral sex for her within the period. she never perform any oral sex for me.

Now my wife says she also has discomfort and there are more yeast on her private part.

I did not come clean with my wife what happened to me because I've feared she will leave me and she will crumble down as now I hope after next checkup I will cleared of anything. and Yes I'm not responsible for my health and my wife and I have issue in moral etiquette, I just wish everything is fine.
Now my question is:

(1) I know i have risk of STD, but after all the test and physical examination. Can I eliminate out these few STD that I tested?

(2) Constant discomfort till now, exactly 3 months. Could it be just dermatologist issue?

(3) what else should I know?

I've been under massive amount of stress and anxiety till now I'm feeling ease a bit but I must 100% make sure I'm cleared of all this but my mind can't settle down whenever everytime my penis and bladder went to discomfort level and the penis skin peels then comes with red spots.

Please clear my doubt doctor.

Thanks Vance, it's night here I just notice the red spots are slowly fading away. I should really be waiting for the dermatologist appointment.

2) Yes or psychological
3) You had no real risk from 7-10 seconds of oral

Your chlamydia blood test showinf positive does not look for an active infection.

Okay, I just went to toilet and notice the red spots increased. and it's pretty small. yesterday about 4-5 spots. Now I think at least 15 of it.
