what is the treatment for an NGu?

i dunno if i do have something or not... but i did have an unprotected encounter and i am married but want to cover all my bases.. its been 11 weeks since unprotected event and everything has come back negative. however at about 30 days post experience i did have frequent urination urges and some clear discharge from penis..... dont know what it was.... doctor thought it was a prostate infection so i was on 2 weeks of cipro,,.... like i said everything was negative buit the only thing in my mind right now is ngu and trich.,..... i just want to cover whatever i could give to my wife....
