wondering if I have an sti or what else it could be

I have this problem where my testicles get swollen and inflammed and literally move around a bit I can feel them, this has been on and off although i was previously treated for something else and it went away. I also sometimes get this weird funky smell coming from my whole body or sweat glans its this putrid scent, and also around my beard, it briefly goes away after washing but then it returns it's awful I can just smell it and honestly the idea of having a one isn't so great for my self esteem either. I have slightly painful urination but not really and slight flank pain. There is also fatigue and lack of appetite. A family member noticed something was off about me. I don't even want to be around others or leave the house much I've been sort of sitting even more reclusivly in my home.

M26. I have ordered a sti test online as per the advice of the sexual health center in my area but I can't see them till next week they are fully booked, then I can see a gp maybe they said I didn't have a uti from the dip/culture analysis apparently.

Could it be gon? What else could it be? I know an actual doctor or professional can only diganose me but anyone here had something like this? I guess I just needed temp support.

Greetings.
No, you symptoms are not suggestive of STI. I am not even sure why you think STI, since none of the symptoms you described is STI-specific.
I suppose you suspect STI because you have unprotected sex with multiple partners. In this case regular STI testing is a good idea, with or without symptoms.
No, it is definitely not gonorrhea. Gonorrhea is a kind of acute urethritis with very distinctive pain and discharge.
Testicle pain and discomfort is an alarming symptom. If the pain is regular and recurrent it might be a surgical problem. You may need to see your doctor about it and get a referral to a urological or general surgeon.
It is not possible to answer "What else could be" over the Internet. It could be lots of things, but most probably it is just your worries. Anxious mind fixated on symptom can feel a lot of strange things.

thanks, I'll be sending off my sti sample soon anyway just to be sure but there is also the incubation period so it's tricky to know when to send it. bit alarmed when you mentioned a surgeon. i'll be seeing my gp about it again soon or the sexual health clinic

Sorry my reply alarmed you, but most medical professionals agree testicle pain warrants a visit to a doctor. It is up to your gp to refer or not refer you to a surgeon (most probably it's really nothing to worry about).
What I meant was your testicle discomfort is the only thing that may be an issue and it might require a surgeon's attention. Other symptoms are most probably just caused by stress and anxiety.
You've been posting about testicle pain and the sensation of them moving around for a couple of years now.

Did you ever get the MRI done?

If you've had gonorrhea this whole time, you'd know it by now.

I'm sure someone, either here or a doctor, has suggested it already, but you seem to have health anxiety. Have you ever talked to anyone about that?

"You've been posting about testicle pain and the sensation of them moving around for a couple of years now."
Actually you're right I have haven't I, it' one of those thing  you get used to because it's so mild and I have had a course of antibiotics before which cleared it and I got "something" again somehow. sh:24 the sexual heatlh clinic has received my sample  for gon and clam today and I'll get the "results" back soon, so then I'll know. If it isn't that I can try to get into contact with the GUMS clinic for further assesment or I can go through my gp.

Yeah I know what you mean I have done something about it but I never got an mri they never offered, it has been going on for a while now wonder where the time went and what it is. The gon thing seems recent, there was this article on a guide to stis and he said for that one "hope for no pus" and that sounds about right, I haven't noticed any but maybe slightly. It's not a uti apparently. Yeah Ig I got some health anxiety no I haven't talked to anyone, the symptoms seems very real and legit on my end, could be worse than just health anxiety mentally but maybe there is something up. SO you  think I should talk to my gp about an mri if it isn't a sti.
Yes, get an MRI if they offered it. For sure.

I don't know if this is anxiety, but don't discount how much anxiety can affect you physically. It can give you very real symptoms.

It would be very unlikely that you'd have an STI causing symptoms like you have for 2 years, and it not ever getting worse.
