MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The symptoms are suggestive of fungal infection or candidiasis persisting. Try to avoid wearing tight underwear and pants.  Wear cotton underwear as much as possible and maintain proper hygiene.  You can use antifungal pessaries for a longer period of time.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Maybe you need an antibiotic or something similar. I would suggest another appointment with your doctor

Take care
