Does PreEjaculatory contain sperm? (Even if a male has never ejaculated semen?)

My boyfriend and I fool around without a condom (but we have not engaged in sexual intercourse).  Yesterday, our sex organs came in contact (the penis was around the mouth of the vagina).  My question is, is there a chance that i could get pregnant? (I read online that pre-ejaculatory fluid does contain sperm but the sperm is only remnants of previous ejaculations--which has never visibly occurred)

Additional information:
My period should be today (and yesterday there was some blood in my vaginal fluids). An additional question is, If i have my period today, does that mean I can be assured that i am not pregnant? And if i do not have my period within the next few days, what should i do?

I am 17, going on 18 in a few months but because I am underage, I cannot get emergency contraception.  When i made a call to my doctor's clinic, and because I told the receptionist that "its not an emergency",  I wasnt scheduled an appointment.  Is my situation considered an "emergency" and should I risk not taking emergency contraception, even though the chance of pregnancy is slim to none?

Thank you for your help.
In the future, I will be more cautious.

The chances are about the same as you winning the lottery on the day go golfing and get a hole in one, while being struck by lightening.  In other words very very slim, but they do exist.  So for the love of everything, if you are going to be playing around make sure that you protect yourself.  Are you ready to be a parent?  If the answer is no, then please make sure you take protections, or even better hold off....but if thats not an options wrap it up.
