Erectile Disfunction Advice

I've been with my girlfriend for nearly two and a half years. Around six months ago, we decide that it was time for us to have sex. So we tried, but I could not maintain an erection to put the condom on, even though during foreplay it was rock hard. Then finally after another few attempts it worked. We had consistent sex between then and now, maybe with a few times in between where I could not maintain an erection. This past week however, it seems to be a more chronic problem. I'm not anxious at all. What should I do? Is this a nutritional problem? I mean, it's happened plenty of times before. Should I try natural alternatives such as pomegranate juice or take Vitamin E to increase blood flow? I'm 17 and I need help. FAST. Much appreciated.
