How often is this happening? How old are you?

I'm assuming you're female, and that can happen at times, especially when you're young and everything is new. Just as boys are getting inconvenient erections with random thoughts, girls can get aroused, too.

Discharge is also normal, unless it's clumpy, has an odor, or a color.

Maybe you can carry some panty liners with you that you can use if you need to. You shouldn't need them every day, but they can help when necessary.

I'm 13. Just hate how my body seems to just do things I don't want it to do afterwards I'm just super sensitive
I know it's frustrating, but it's all very normal for this to happen.

There are some good websites that can help explain what's happening to your body right now.

If you're on TikTok, there's a channel called spillingthepubertea.

Just know that it's normal, that all your friends and classmates are feeling weird about their bodies, too, even if they aren't saying they are, or they don't seem like it. Is there an adult or older person in your life you can talk to? Your mom? An aunt? Older sister?

Hang in there. :)
