Hello,
Painful sexual intercourse, called dyspareunia in medical terminology is not an uncommon occurance after having a baby (even though it's been 2 yrs) and C-section.
Are you Nursing? Does the little one still wake up through the night or sleep w/ you?
Along w/ adding some lubricant, you may want to try different positions as this will help you to relax (enjoy) it more, in turn adding your own lube! Also, extending foreplay can help to get you aroused more and in turn help you to relax.
However, as SC stated, if it does not get better, then you may want to address this with your OBGYN.
Take Care,
~Tonya
Thank you ladies.
We have tried Lubrication, We havent tried new positions. I think that a trip to the OB. is surely in order. It just worries me that something is wrong with me. Our Son doesn't sleep with us and we are no longer nursing.
Thanks
