I am 13 with a suprising amount of pubic hair and I was bored one day and decided to shave it, everything was fine and smooth but the morning after I woke up with like. a red rash/very small bumps. I believe it's a very small case of razor burn but I'm not sure.. Please help. I'm afraid to talk to me my about it because I stole her razor.

Apply any antibacterial lotion you have in the house. Even shaving after shave product will be okay.It might give stinging sensation for some time. It is okay to talk to your parents about any physical problem you have. There is no shame to talk about it, as the problem may become complicated in some cases.

Yep, I'd guess it's that.  And you are probably going to itch as the hair tries to grow back.  You may also have a bit of friction burn too as pubic hair is there to help with that and once gone, you are more susceptible.  good luck
