Loads of skin coloured lumps on penis

Hi,

Im 17, and have had no sexual contact or anything... mainly because of this. When I was about 15, I started noticing pale, skin coloured lumps on my penis and balls. Since then, they have duplicated and now are really noticable. Occationally they are itchy, but other than this it isnt a problem.... just really knocks my confidence.

Can you give me some advie, what these are and how to get rid of them. I really dont want to go to the doctors.

I had this when I was a teenager and I just thought it was the root of the hairs. No girl has ever commented or even cared at all! I wouldn't worry about it.
