some bad smell near my testicles
Hello Doc,
Myself 32 year old male. From last 2-3 months I feel some kind of bad smell near my testicles and penis. And also I feel bad smell during urine compared to earlier. Also I feel my sperm quantity has reduced may be less than half compared to earlier. I am worried about this, please advice me.
My history: sometime back (more than 6 months) I did unprotected sex with some stranger. After(i.e.1-2 week after exposure) I noticed drying and peeling of skin near testicle for that I applied some anti bacterial cream for 2 weeks and it stopped. 3 months later to exposure I tested for HIV and syphilis and both came negative. I didn't had this smell issue during that period. I am feeling this from last 2- 3 months. Is it related to any STD?? can it be curable..

Hi Champ, Been doing a little research for you and have come up with something, you have reduced sperm and a smell? yes, well this could be a problem coming from your prostate, so go get it checked out.

First I would like to apologise for late reply, I was outside and didn't had internet access. And Thanks for the response.
Yea I might have taken some antibiotics but I do not remember what it was. I had antibiotics for the skin peel off problem and some antibiotic for viral fever, But its been more than 3 month back. Currently I am not under any medication. As further description to my symptom observation, my thigh joint has become dark and I also feel bad smell in my breath. Can It be UTI ???

You should see a doctor. Bad smelling urine, especially if it's cloudy, could signal a UTI, but you'd need a doctor to diagnose it. It's possible that a nasty smell could be a yeast infection in the groin area, but again, you'd need a doctor to diagnose it. And how do you know your sperm is reduced? I think that's something that only a lab test would be able to tell you.
