Penile injury
Hello,
Recently received a massage where I experienced an erection while laying on my stomach. Penis became erect, pointing down. I felt a sharp/burning sensation on the tip of my Penis. I quickly rolled over and the pain lessened, but remained. 4 days after and the pain is much less, but still there. It seems to be going away.
I have no symptoms of a fracture. I also went to the doctor and he examined my Penis. With no real concerns he said it will heal on its own. Does anyone have any experience with this sort of injury?
I am able to still get erect and ejaculate. No pain during that or urination.

If it's improving, I wouldn't worry. Give it another few days. If it's not improved by the end of the week, make another appt.

It definitely feels much better than the first day. I’m still searching internet like a madman… do you think it could be nerve damage?
I think it's way too soon to know if there's nerve damage. There could still be inflammation and you just need to give it time.
