Yeah I wouldn't worry unless your period is late. Probably from the hymen breaking or some irritation from the sex. You should get your period a few days after the third week of taking your birthcontrol pill. So 21 days, and at about day 22-24 you should get your period.

Good for you for being responsible and using a condom. You should continue to use it even once your birthcontrol is effective because it reduces your risk of STD's. If he's had even one sex partner before you at least make sure he goes for an STD test before losing the condom. Most cities have confidential STD tests at planned parenthood (or they would know where to refer you). That way its not like he has to go to his family doctor which he may not be willing to do. Especially if he is under age too.

as long as the condom hadnt split and there had been no precum on your boyfriends hands from any foreplay then there is no chance of you being pregnant brownish discharge can happen for a few days  after losing your virginity

Hi.  Your birth control is not effective yet--------  it takes a month typically before you can rely on it.  Make sure you take it religiously.

Using a condom is also a great idea and I'm glad you are doing that as double protection.  Pregnancy is not the only risk of sex.  STD's are real and you don't want one.  And SINCE your birth control isn't up to speed yet to work, I'm really glad to hear you used a condom for this first sexual encounter.

Most likely not pregnant.  Of course, all birth control can fail and your young age, a pregnancy would be disastrous in my opinion.  So, understanding your cycle is also important.  The first day of your cycle is the first day of your period.  That is day one of a cycle.  Then you ovulate at around day 14 for the average person. This is the only time you can get pregnant----  for about a 24 to 48 hour time frame.  Then if there is no fertilization of your egg, the lining of your uterus sheds and that is your period which, is day one of a new cycle when it starts.

Now birth control pills are hormones and this changes the hormone balance within your body (why you don't get pregnant).  So, that brown spotting could be related to the changing hormones.  Or it could be as you said, from first time sex.

Sex is a big deal and something we should only enter into if we are emotionally ready to handle it.  I'm glad you are being responsible and make sure you always are.
good luck
